Quick Wrap Up


A super easy snack to hold you over until your next meal, or before a tennis match or workout to sustain energy. Great protein, vegetables and probiotics for amazing digestion.


  • Sliced deli meat (nitrite free, free range)
  • 1 jar raw sauerkraut (lots of great flavors to choose from)
  • Cream cheese (optional – I don’t use this except for a real treat)


Take a piece or two of deli meat and a forkful of the sauerkraut, roll it up and enjoy! It couldn’t be simpler or easier. If you use the cream cheese, spread a bit on the deli meat and then add the sauerkraut.
