Raspberry Popsicles

These healthy treats are super simple to make and so yummy on warm summer days. They are well balanced with protein and carbs so they won’t sent your blood sugar into a tail spin. Happy hormones? Yes!


  • 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2 cups Greek-style
  • Stevia to taste
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into popcicle molds and freeze for four hours. Enjoy!
