One of my lovely clients, Nicole, sent me this recipe and I just love it! I’ve modified it, of course, to make it “Robin” yummy. So good for you and super delicious.

Ingredients (all organic and nutrient dense, of course!)
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast (must be nutritional yeast, other yeasts do not work!)
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup tamari wheat free or coconut aminos
- 1/3 cup raw apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp crushed garlic
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbls tahini (optional)
Throw everything in a blender and blend. Makes about 2 cups. Keep it in the refrigerator. It’s delicious on salads, meats and steamed veggies. Enjoy!
