This pie is gluten free, and no baking is needed. It’s yummy!
Crust
- 2-3 cups raw almonds
- 1/2 cup raisins or pitted dates
- 1/4 cup raw honey or raw agave nectar
- pinch sea salt
Blend in food processor, press evenly into pie dish.
Filling
3-4 cups mixed berries (completely fill pie dish)
Topping
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 1/2 cup dried figs
- 1 tbls psyllium seed husk (ground)
Blend in food processor, pour over berries. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
