Cocoa is great for getting you ready to workout effectively.
Blend the following ingredients:
- Whey Cool/Teras Whey/PaleoMeal (20 grams protein)
- Fiber: 2 tbls ground flax seed OR 1 scoop Medibulk
- 1 tbls almond butter (optional)
- 1 heaping tbls raw organic cocoa powder
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk + ½ cup coconut water
- ½ cup raspberries or strawberries
- 1 tsp almond oil (optional)
- Stevia – a few drops to taste
Put everything in a blender or Magic Bullet EXCEPT the whey protein powder and blend until smooth. Add the protein powder and mix gently. Enjoy!
