Berry Pie for Labor Day

This pie is gluten free, and no baking is needed. It’s yummy!

Crust

  • 2-3 cups raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup raisins or pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup raw honey or raw agave nectar
  • pinch sea salt

Blend in food processor, press evenly into pie dish.

Filling

3-4 cups mixed berries (completely fill pie dish)

Topping

  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup raw honey
  • 1/2 cup dried figs
  • 1 tbls psyllium seed husk (ground)

Blend in food processor, pour over berries. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
