Chocolate Pre-Workout Thyroid-Supporting Smoothie

Cocoa is great for getting you ready to workout effectively.

Blend the following ingredients:

  • Whey Cool/Teras Whey/PaleoMeal (20 grams protein)
  • Fiber: 2 tbls ground flax seed OR 1 scoop Medibulk
  • 1 tbls almond butter (optional)
  • 1 heaping tbls raw organic cocoa powder
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk + ½ cup coconut water
  • ½ cup raspberries or strawberries
  • 1 tsp almond oil (optional)
  • Stevia – a few drops to taste

Put everything in a blender or Magic Bullet EXCEPT the whey protein powder and blend until smooth. Add the protein powder and mix gently. Enjoy!
