Poached Egg, Tri Colored Quinoa Salad & Papaya for Breakfast

This is a simple breakfast I made this morning with leftover tri-colored quinoa salad (1/3 cooked grain to 2/3 fresh vegetables like cucumber, carrots, sweet onion, yellow pear tomatoes, celery, parsley, tiny bit of fresh mint and herbed sea salt), with a poached egg and fresh papaya. Perfect for growing younger and feeling fabulous.
